Step 1. Soften and Prepare: Step into a warm or hot shower or bath for 5 to 10 minutes to soften your skin completely. Thoroughly wet your BeNat exfoliating glove with warm water only, without adding any cleansers.
Step 2. Firmly glide and peel. Move away from the direct stream of water. Slip your hand inside the wet mitt and use firm, long strokes to glide the glove up and down across your body. You will quickly see the dead skin begin to roll and peel away naturally. Always avoid the delicate eye area, face, and any broken or highly sensitive skin.
Step 3. Rinse and Hydrate Step back under the water to thoroughly rinse your body, washing all the released dead skin down the drain. If you wish to use a scented body wash or gentle soap, apply it now.
